Köz means glowing ember — the heart of every Ankara grill house. Our story began in 2000, at the family mangal where recipes were measured by hand and judged by smoke. Today we carry that same fire to Newmarket, Ontario: kebabs hand-minced every morning, mezes made fresh daily, bread pulled hot from the oven.

Nothing here is rushed. The charcoal takes its time, and so do we — because that is how it has always been done, and how it always will be.
